Questions & Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the 'Ready to Drive' service work when I land at Ibiza Airport?
Simply send us your flight number and arrival time via WhatsApp. We prepare your car with a full hand wash, check tire pressures, battery, and fluids, and our chauffeur delivers it right outside arrivals at Ibiza Airport (IBZ), the private jet terminal (FBO), or your villa.
How do you prevent battery drain or tire flat-spotting during long-term storage?
Every stored vehicle is connected to a smart CTEK® electronic tender compatible with AGM and lithium batteries, tire pressures are adjusted, and we perform scheduled rolling and fluid warm-up cycles.
What security measures does the Vip Car Hotel Ibiza facility have?
Our indoor facility at Avinguda Sant Joan de Labritja, 17 is discreet, enclosed, and protected by 24/7 CCTV connected to an alarm monitoring center, strict access control, and comprehensive high-value vehicle insurance.
Can you take my car for its ITV inspection or servicing while I am away from Ibiza?
Yes. As part of VIP Car Group Ibiza, we coordinate ITV inspections, mechanical servicing, paint touch-ups, or ceramic coating while you are off the island so your car is immaculate upon your return.
Can I book car storage for a few weeks or only on an annual basis?
We offer full flexibility: you can book short stays of a few weeks, seasonal winter storage, or VIP 365 annual memberships with unlimited deliveries.
